Lack of sleep isn’t something you just push through. It wrecks your energy, your workouts, your recovery, and even your appetite. Fix it.

Food is fuel, not just something to mindlessly inhale when you remember

✔️ If you eat like shit, you’ll feel like shit 🍟 
✔️ If you’re skipping meals or under-eating, no wonder you’re drained 🥗
