💾 Supplements are being panic-bought, carbs are being demonised, and cardio’s being ramped up like it’s a punishment.

Why?

Because it’s “six weeks until summer.”

Here’s What Actually Happens

Cut carbs, caffeine, fun, and freedom


And shock, after 10 days of pure and utter misery, they cave đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž

Pizza’s ordered. Training’s skipped. Motivation dies.

They’ve lost 4lbs, gained 6, and call it a “bulk” by July.

You’re Not Failing Because You’re Weak

You’re failing because the plan was shite.

No one sticks to extreme routines.

They’re not designed to last, they’re designed to look impressive for a few days.

What works?

Something boring. Something repeatable.

Something you don’t want to quit after 10 days.

If it’s not sustainable, then you’re never going to stick to it.

What You Actually Need for a Summer Cut That Works:

✅ A modest calorie deficit (200–400 cals).

✅ Protein high enough to stop you losing muscle.

✅ Training that doesn’t take 2+ hours in the gym

✅ Steps that don’t feel like punishment.

✅ Sleep that actually lets you recover.

That’s it.

You don’t need to do 75 Hard.

You don’t need to live off protein shakes.

You don’t need to train like a professional boxer.

You just need a plan that doesn’t make you want to punch your own face after a week.

Summer cuts can work. But only if the thing you’re doing is something you’ll still be doing in 6 weeks.

Otherwise, enjoy your crash-and-burn cycle (again).
