Excuses Season Is Over—Get Back on Track

The ‘It’s Too Cold and Dark’ Excuse Is Gone

Ello,

Winter is over. The sun is out longer. It’s no longer f*cking freezing outside. And yet, some of you are still slacking 👀

For the last three months, it was:

❄️ “It’s too cold.”
🌧️ “It’s too dark.”
🍕 “It’s bulk season, I’ll cut later.”

Well, guess what? That excuse list just expired

If you’re still skipping workouts, still eating like an idiot, still telling yourself you’ll “start properly next week”...

Then own up to it and do something about it

Here’s how to actually get back on track and stop pretending you don’t have time 👇️

1. Start Small, but Start Now

If you’ve been slacking, don’t expect to instantly flip a switch and be perfect 👀

  • Been skipping workouts? Get to the gym twice this week

  • Been eating like an idiot? Get your protein intake back on track first

  • Steps been low? Hit 7K per day before jumping to 12K

If you try to fix everything at once, you’ll fail again. Pick one thing and nail it for a week. THEN add more ✅

2. Fix Your Sleep, Fix Your Routine 😴

Nobody’s motivated when they’re running on 5 hours of sleep and a 5pm caffeine hit

  • Sleep 7+ hours. Stop scrolling before bed

  • Train at the same time daily. Consistency kills excuses

  • Plan your food. No more “I’ll just figure it out”

If your routine is a mess, your fitness will be too. Fix it

3. Stop Waiting to “Feel Motivated”

If you’re waiting for motivation, you’ll be waiting until next winter…

Motivation comes from action. Not the other way around

You move → You feel better → You want to keep going.

Force yourself through one good workout. One good meal. One solid night of sleep. Then keep stacking them 💪

4. Your ‘Bad Days’ Are What Define You

Everyone is motivated when things are easy 🤷

The people who actually make progress? They show up when they don’t feel like it

  • They train even when work was long

  • They eat right even when they don’t want to

  • They hit their steps even when Netflix is calling

You don’t have to be perfect. But if you only train when you’re “feeling it,” you’re f***ed

5. March Is Nearly Over. What Have You Actually Done?

Be honest. If you’re still coasting, still “getting back into it,” what exactly have you done since January?

If the answer is not much, you’ve got two choices:

👉 Keep making excuses and stay exactly where you are
👉 Sort your shit out and start making progress right now

You decide
