Been a while since I did something I’ve never ever done before in fitness… 😎
Every time I go to the gym at the minute I’m always lifting weights I’ve previously lifted years ago… 🏋🏻♂️ 🙄
And every run I go on, I’ve run further than that before or faster than that before… 🏃🏻 🙄
Until the other week!
Furthest I’ve ever run. 23.5k/15 miles. 2 n a bit hours. ✔️
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve run multiple half-marathons, and a fair few at a much quicker pace. But not anywhere near 95kg, and nowhere near the heat I’m currently running in here in Bali, with none of the roads having pavements, at night, with every bike and car’s exhaust fumes getting inhaled.
Confident that once we hit the tarmac in Aus, these runs will get blown out of the water 🏃🏻♂️
Planning to shift at least 5kg off my frame, that might also help 🤣
