and on top of the weight you’ve gained over being super flexible during the heatwave summer we had, even more weight gained!

Does that really sound like a list of reasons why you SHOULDN’T diet? Or why you SHOULDN’T be more on it with your training?

Both versions of me are eating 3-4000 cals p/day. Both versions of me are drinking alcohol. Both versions are training 4x p/w, and both versions of me are even running every week!

This more than ever honestly is a time TO take action, not avoid it.

There’s fuckall else to do because it’s not warm or sunny anymore.

There’s no christmas celebrations yet, there’s not as much going on socially.

The gyms aren’t actually that busy because it’s dark and cold and people want to fester in bed and do nowt all day.

Genuinely if I had to pick a time of year to actually get your shit together and start nailing stuff, it’d be now.

Not to mention the fact that the christmas period is INEVITABLY going to include a shit tonne of drinking and eating where you WILL be gaining weight, maybe bnow’s a good time to reign it in to allow for that?

That way you won’t need a new wardrobe come new year? You have to think in the future about this kind of stuff.
