Just hearing the words ‘spud-to-stud’ might not ignite any thoughts about fat-loss initially, so let me break it down for you.

A spud is a northern word for potato.
A stud is a word that rhymes with spud and bares little relevance to fat-loss, but it DOES rhyme and that’s a lot more important than it making sense. Calling it ‘spud-to-crinkle-cut-chip’ doesn’t roll off the tongue the same.

The coaching will be SPECIFICALLY for those with fat-loss goals.
