I made a big point that I would NOT be getting in the way of her eating habits or trying to disrupt her collabs or food reviews (she’s a food blogger after all) 🙅♂️
My objective was to integrate fitness WITHIN all of that.
So we got a strength training programme sorted, and in our 12 weeks of working together we managed ⬇️
⭐️ - 10kg - 24kg DB RDLs
⭐️ - 20kg - 60kg hip thrusts
⭐️ - 20kg - 45kg squats
⭐️ - 6kg - 12kg Bulgarian split squats
⭐️ - 15kg - 35kg bent over rows
⭐️ - 8kg - 12kg DB shoulder press
And every other exercise progressed within the programme 🫡
