2 days until Spud-to-Stud officially STARTS.
Until the lads and lasses officially get going we all begin our workouts and we start the path to getting completely and utterly SHREDDED.
(Myself included - I’ll be right there with you).
It’s essentially the 23rd of december.
I’d go as far to say, the 23rd is actually better than the 24th and 25th of december.
It’s the ANTICIPATION of christmas that’s better than the day itself. Like all the things you’re looking forward to are on the horizon, but not quite there yet.
Then once christmas day comes I’ve eaten 2 family packs of kettle chips an entire box of lindor white chocolate balls and the next 14 hours I’m sweating in a jumper I’ve been forced to wear because everyone else is too.
Bit specific that sheep mate! Deffo didn’t happen last year 🙂
Fortunately, spud-to-stud’s not like that.
Because literally every day you’re in the programme it’ll be MORE fulfilling, MORE satisfying, MORE progress being made and every single week that goes by you’ll be enjoying the process MORE and MORE.
(In a bit of a sadistic way of course as the challenge will slightly increase)…
