Let's reflect on 2025 so far...

Here's all the legends and legendettes I've worked with until july.

We’ve just crossed the official 2025 halfway point. Bosh.

Actually that is infact not bosh-certified if anything that’s disgusting. Genuinely feels like last week I annihilated a family bag of kettle chips on my own for breakfast purely under the guise of it being christmas day.

Anyway!

I’ve worked with some genuine fucking legends this year. (As I do every year tbf). When working with legends you tend to produce some legendary results so let’s take a look at some of them shall we?

Take Harry for starters. 14 kilos down, all while balancing playing rugby, a 60-hour work week, and a house move. Half marathon PB, feeling like a million quid

Here’s Bes, 5 straight kilos of lean tissue added in 6-weeks… Fitter faster leaner bigger and stronger. Not often you see all those in one

18kg down in 16-weeks for Dan. The gnarliest condition I’ve ever seen in my life. Balancing 2 full-time jobs and and completely transforming his approach to fitness

18kg down in just as many weeks for Andy, another half marathon PB, and travelling to various countries for work. Nailed it

12kg down for the prodigy Alex, again he’s bigger he’s leaner he’s stronger he’s fitter, and playing 5s and padel multiple times a week. Buzzing

ONLY 5kg down for Em but it’s no secret she’s obviously gained a decent chunk of muscle at the same time. That first shot is wild

Giving meself a shoutout here! A full year on and we’re making 96kg look a whole lot different this time around. (Until the knee injury…)

We got Jasper, 10kg down and the lad on the left was eating sub 2000 cals daily, the lad on the right’s now pushing 3000…

Filippo is now resembling a greek god while on the multiple boat trips, beach holidays, and work breakaways due to his new and improved structure with fitness and the gym. It can be done

What do all of these lads have in common?

A) They graft. They don’t complain (often🤣) they don’t constantly give me excuses and if they DO, they give me the solution off the back of it.

B) They communicate. Just like ANY relationship, communication is vital. I can only help as a coach if I’m aware of issues that come up.

C) They understand the value of fitness in general. They see improving their nutrition habits, getting stronger, and being a ‘healthier’ person as great for more metrics than just how they look.

D) Their coach is mint.

If you quite like the look of the results these guys have got and you’ve been on the fence about coaching for a while, now really is the time to sort your shit out and get involved with the group coaching I’m launching.
