In 8-weeks it would be realistic to say you could drop 10kg of bodyfat. For reference, this is 12.

In TEN weeks, once we’ve reversed for 2 weeks, I’d expect your calories to be where they were when you started the diet.

Except now you’re in WAY better shape.

You’d also be stronger, potentially stronger than you’ve ever been, fitter, potentially fitter than you’ve ever been.

So you’re now able to lift more…

Andy on the right is EIGHTEEN kilos lighter. But eating 2400 calories. Andy on the left was starting on 2100.

Andy on the left also squatted 30kg less, dumbbell pressed 5kg less in each arm, deadlifted 20kg less, and was weaker in every single lift compared to Andy on the right.

18 kilos might be a stretch in 8-weeks. I can confirm that will not happen.

But 10 kilos is 100% doable, and for a lot of people (especially if you grow some muscle at the same time), that’s enough for a complete TRANSFORMATION.
