Ello 👋

I’m a bit of a freak.

I’ve got habits that make absolutely no sense to most people.

For example:

  • I do my entire 12,500 steps, cardio and training in one big clean sweep 🥵

  • I’ve binned half-eaten food because I don’t trust myself not to go back for it 🗑️

  • I pay £4 a day to work in a café where the Wi-Fi is worse than my flat (which is literally next door) ☕

None of that makes sense…

But you know what?

It works for me 🤷

If it helps you stick to the plan, it’s NOT weird

The only thing that matters in fitness is adherence.

Doing the thing you said you’d do.

And whatever makes that easier for you, is exactly what you should do.

Because people love to talk about what’s “optimal”.

But what’s the point in the “optimal” plan if you never actually stick to it?

Some of the “weird” things that actually work:

  • Only allowing myself to watch YouTube or Netflix when I’m doing cardio 📺

  • Buying single-serving treats so I can’t binge (or giving the rest to my housemates) 🍫

  • Ringing people between meals just to distract myself from the hunger 😅

  • Booking day trips or activities instead of chasing dopamine from food 🧗‍♂️

Sounds ridiculous to some.

Works perfectly for me.

They might not work for you, and that’s FINE.

The “weird” ones are usually the ones making progress.

Because they’re not scared to do what works for them, even if it looks odd to everyone else.

Do you know what’s actually weird?

Cheating on your diet because you’re worried someone else might think your methods are a bit strange. 😂

Food for thought, hey

Cheers,

Sheep 🐑
