How to get shredded with Spud to Stud 👇

1⃣ Step 1: Sign up

You sign up via the newsletter subscriber link in my Instagram bio, or via the GIANT RED BUTTON right here. You can’t miss it 👇 Go on, give it a click 👀

Then you’ll get a questionnaire to fill in.

2⃣ Step 2: Complete the questionnaire

📝 I use the questionnaire to get key stuff I need:

  • Your training availability

  • Height / age / weight / gender

  • Where you train (so I know what equiptment you’ve got access to)

  • Likes / dislikes

  • Training preferences

  • Any injuries you have/ have had

That’s what your plan is built from, it’s personalised to YOU. I’m not sending you some shite PDF training plan that everyone gets.

Getting you the specific results you want is my aim, and everyone is built differently and has different needs.

3⃣ Step 3: You receive your Spud to Stud programme

Once you’ve filled that in, I create your programme based on your answers.

You’ll receive it within a couple of days.

4⃣ Step 4: You’re added to the private community

After that, you get added to a private WhatsApp group with the other Spud to Stud members.

That’s where:

  • group challenges happen 🏆

  • everyone can ask questions 🏋🏻‍♀️

  • everyone can share wins and struggles 🤝

  • and it actually feels like you’re doing it with people, not just alone 💪

One of the hardest things about training (especially when your goal is fat loss) is accountability.

I’m not going to lie to you, keeping yourself disciplined and on track is HARD. But doing it with a group of people can be make or break with you sticking to the plan and seeing it through.

5⃣ Step 5: Spud to Stud STARTS (9th Feb)

The programme itself starts on Monday, 9th February.

From that point on, you’re set with your training and nutrition targets, and you’re ready to start dropping the pounds 👊
