Ello,

If you’re considering Spud to Stud, this is everything you need to know.

But if you have questions that I’ve not covered, just reply to this email or drop me a DM on Instagram. I’m always happy to answer any questions.

1. What Spud to Stud actually is

An 8-week coached fat-loss phase designed to help you lose weight properly, without wrecking your relationship with food or burning out.

It’s structured, supported, and realistic, especially if full 1-to-1 coaching feels like too much right now.

There’s only 20 spaces.

So once they’re filled, the doors shut until next time, which won’t be for another 3/4 months.

2. How long it runs & how much it costs

  • 8 weeks total

  • £99 one-off payment

And if you’re interested in 1-to-1 coaching after, I’ll give you a discount.

There’s also a money back gaurantee, so if you don’t get results you get every penny back. So you literally have nothing to lose.

3. What you get

  • 🏋 A bespoke training programme built around:

    • your schedule

    • your experience level

    • where you train

    • what you actually enjoy doing

  • 👀 Weekly written check-ins with:

    • feedback on the week

    • updated targets

    • a clear to-do list for the next week

  • 🤝 Access to the private Spud to Stud WhatsApp group for:

    • accountability

    • shared wins

    • questions and support

  • 🧑‍🏫 A weekly group webinar where I cover:

    • the most common struggles that week

    • topics people are actually dealing with

  • 💪 Weekly challenges (for steps achieved, food prepped, training hit)

  • 🏆 Prizes + discounts for future coaching

You get proper coaching — just delivered in a group format.

4. How Spud to Stud differs from 1-to-1 coaching

Spud to Stud isn’t watered-down coaching; it’s just structured differently and a lower-cost option

  • Written check-ins instead of video

  • Less daily 1-to-1 contact

  • More learning and accountability through the group

  • Weekly challenges (which 1-to-1 doesn’t include)

  • Much lower cost

5. Who it’s for

  • Men and women? Yes

  • Beginners or experienced? Yes

  • Gym or home training? Yes

If you can train at home, ideally you’ll have:

  • Dumbbells

  • A barbell

  • A bench

  • Resistance bands

And if you want to do home training but don’t have equipment and are not sure what to buy, send me a message, and I’ll give recommendations.

6. A few practical bits

  • You can start up to 2 weeks late if needed

  • Injuries are always programmed around

  • Nothing is copy-and-paste. It’s built for you

All of this, AND you can get results like this 😮‍💨

If you’re on the fence, message me. Like I said, I’m happy to answer any questions!

But if you’re ready 👇

Cheers,

Sheep 🐏
