This isn’t just a fat-loss transformation.
It’s a full life transformation.
The way he eats.
The way he moves.
How he trains without injury and stays injury-free.
His productivity, his confidence, even his day-to-day headspace.
All of it has levelled up 💪
Here’s Where He’s At
T’s currently sitting 20kg down, and we’re still going.
There’s a bit more fat-loss to go before we reverse calories back up and head into a proper gaining phase to build some size.
That’s the fun part, we’ve laid the foundation. Now it’s time to grow.
Why This Worked
T’s a model client.
Not because he’s perfect, but because he communicates.
He asks questions.
He sends training footage.
He applies feedback.
He hits deadlines.
He actually tracks his data.
And do you know what that means?
He doesn’t just “follow a plan.”
He learns the process.
I’ll say it straight. If you’re not communicating with your coach, not sending footage, not asking questions… you’re wasting your money.

T made a huge amount of his initial progress on his own. I won’t take credit for that. But in the last phase, we’ve refined everything:
